T-Mobile stores receiving trackballs for their replacement program
BlackBerry trotting owners that have been on the fence with their handset due to some kind of trackball related issue can soon indulge themselves in T-Mobile's soon to be a reality Trackball Replacement Program. T-Mobile stores look like that they've begun to receive shipments of those pearly whites that are of course sealed in plastic – waiting for the day when they have to be cut open and find a home on some trackball-less BlackBerry. If you've been waiting this long to get your replacement, you can simply stroll into a store some time on February 24th when the program is expected to launch – that's unless if there is going to be another delay happening. It makes you really wonder the seriousness of trackball issues with pretty much any BlackBerry. Sure there is the normal wear and tear process that happens, such as dirt getting underneath, but then there are those occasions when they simply stop working after a short period of time. Still, it's a nice gesture for T-Mobile to start offering this program to its customers.
