Deal: Sony Xperia XZ2 and XZ2 Compact come with $100 gift cards at Best Buy
Sony's newest high-end smartphones - Xperia XZ2 and Xperia XZ2 Compact - are currently available in the US only at Best Buy. The good news is that, as of this week, Best Buy is offering $100 gift cards to folks purchasing either of the two handsets.

Both the Xperia XZ2 and XZ2 Compact are sold unlocked, costing $799.99 and $649.99, respectively. The XZ2 is available in pink, deep green, liquid black, and liquid silver, while the XZ2 Compact comes in black, pink, silver, and moss green. While the XZ2 works only on GSM carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, and so on), the smaller XZ2 Compact is also compatible with Verizon Wireless, being the first Sony phone to officially support VZW in years.

Running Android 8 Oreo out of the box, the Sony Xperia XZ2 and XZ2 Compact bring many attractive features, including Snapdragon 845 processors, advanced cameras with super-slow motion, water resistance, and long battery life. Our Xperia XZ2 review and Xperia XZ2 Compact review will allow you to learn much more about the handsets.

The free $100 gift cards offered with Sony's XZ2 series have no expiration date and can be used online, as well as in Best Buy retail location across the US. To order any of the two phones, you can visit the source link below.

That...what? Didn't you see in tests that the XZ2 trashes the competition in battery life? I own the handset and I can confirm that it is a battery life king. It's actually for me its most unexpected and surprising and most useful feature since I switched to it.

As you said it is surprising. Folks who don't have handset look at battery capacity before thinking of buying. As most of us know even with larger battery and pure android, pixel 2xl has an average of 5 to 6 hours SOT.

I'm not a fan of XZ2, but the more I think about the XZ2 compact it's actually quietly brilliant. To have that kind of screen on such a small footprint phone is unbelievable. It is a sham it is so thick, but thickness is not an issue when it is so small.
