Samsung prepares three new phones for T-Mobile - T519, T629 and T619

The SGH-T519 is a candybar phone, successor of the T509 but even slimmer - it measures only 0.27 inches (6.9mm) in thickness (the T509 is 0.4" thick) and will be the US version of the SGH-X820. It has similar design and features but is quad-band GSM, instead of tri-band. The display of the X820 is 220x176 pixels, 262k color landscape one.

The SGH-T629 is thought to be a successor of the T809 and US version of the SGH-D840. It is a slider phone measuring only 0.5 inches (11.9 mm), and is a quad-band GSM/EDGE phone. It also has 2-megapixel camera and QVGA display, like the one in the T809.

The other new Samsung coming to T-Mobile is the SGH-T619, the successor of the T609. It will also be a quad-band GSM/EDGE phone but other specifications are still unknown.

T629 is due August 31 with the T519 expected to follow shortly after, while there is still no rumor date for the T619. All the phones have already cleared the FCC approval.
