Samsung's S Health fitness tracking and wellness app has been brought to version 5.1.1.0005. A good number of changes and additions have been introduced in the new build.

First off, users in some countries (unspecified) will get to enjoy a bigger variety of health content. They are also able to save records of Steps challenges into their Samsung accounts now. A messaging system has been implemented that lets users chat with friends or block unwanted people so they can no longer invite them to steps challenges.

Moreover, the app's security has been enhanced through integration with Samsung KNOX and HIPAA compliance. Finally, there have been new menus added, and the overall design and user experience are improved.

The S Health app is described as a lifestyle companion that tracks the user's fitness, weight, diet, food and sleep. It's available for Android devices without being limited to Samsung ones. It can be downloaded from the Google Play Store using this link.
