Even more pictures show the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 in all its glory
We already know quite a lot of information about Samsung's upcoming smartwatch, the Galaxy Watch Active 2, but we can never have too many pictures of an unannounced device. With just one day before the official unveiling, the Galaxy Watch Active 2 makes headlines again thanks to a set of pictures that show the smartwatch in all its glory.

The pictures published over the weekend by Evan Blass confirm the smartwatch will be available in at least three colors at launch – black/gray, rose/gold and silver. The leather or plastic bands offer come in different styles as well, not just different colors, so there seem to be quite a few customization options for those looking to stand out.

One of the pictures shows the Galaxy Active Watch 2 from angles, including the “Samsung Galaxy Watch” name etched on the back. From what we know until now, the smartwatch is supposed to sport a 1.4-inch Super AMOLED display with a circular resolution of 360 x 360 pixels. There will be no Qualcomm chipset inside the Galaxy Active Watch 2, as Samsung has decided to include its own Exynos 9110 processor inside.

The Exynos-based smartwatch will pack 1.5GB RAM and 768MB internal memory, while the battery size will be 247mAh and 340mAh on the Wi-Fi and LTE units, respectively. No word on price yet, but we hope it will cost less than $300.

Not a lot of storage for music... That can't be right...

Indeed, it's not... The 768mb is the amount of RAM on the regular watch, and the 1.5gb is the amount of RAM on the LTE version. Don't know about the internal storage, but it's probably around 4gb.

Enticing me away from my s3. Interested to see how the virtual rotating bezel performs if rumours of it's existence are true.

What a big step backwards from the great looking Gear S3 Classic. Samsung has lost their way in the wearables market.

Relax. It's not meant to replace the S3 Classic or the Galaxy watch. It's a fitness watch, and a darn fine looking one compared to a Fitbit.

She doesn't care either way, she was only trolling.

Dude, don't even wate your time explaining. The fact he even compared it to the Gear S3 to begin with, shows he complete lack of knowledge and that he has zero idea what he is talkign about. When the name of the watch clearly says...GEAR ACTIVE 2, and not GEAR S4, shows he is just trolling as per usual because he isn't smart enough to even see the difference. What a frikkin loser these trolls are. It's just so tiring.

Hope it can take calls like gear S2/S3, as I won't buy a smartwatch without this feature.
