Just as we informed you less than a week ago, the flashy new Burgundy Red version of the Galaxy S8 become official today, November 28, as Samsung unwrapped the neat new color option on its official blog.
The new color version is available now in South Korea, but will gradually roll out to other markets in the coming weeks. Samsung says that further availability details will be announced by each market’s wireless providers and regional Samsung offices as soon as the new color option is ready to rock'n'roll locally.
With the Burgundy Red in tow, the total list of colors that the S8 is available in jumps to a whole lot of 7: Midnight Black, Maple Gold, Arctic Silver, Orchid Grey, Rose Pink, Coral Blue, and now Burgundy Red. Granted, not all of these are available in all markets as the Midnight Black, Arctic Silver, and Orchid Grey being the most widespread ones.
Essentially, this makes the Galaxy S8 the undisputed flagship champion when it comes to sheer customization options and color variations.
