Despite Samsung’s dedication to AMOLED displays, the South Korean brand is reportedly developing two new smartphones complete with LCD panels: The Galaxy P30 and P30+. Not much is known about these offerings other than the fact that they will presumably target the mid-range segment. However, thanks to new information obtained by SamMobile, a few extra details about the smaller device been revealed.

Bearing the model number SM-G6200, it’s been confirmed that the upcoming Galaxy P30 will be made available to purchase in two storage configurations: 64GB and 128GB. Presumably, these amounts will be expandable via a microSD card slot. Also, considering the expected price range, either 4GB or 6GB of RAM will likely be included.

In addition to the new internal details, the smartphone’s future color options have also been revealed as Black, Blue, Pink, and Red. Interestingly, though, Samsung will be taking a leaf out of Huawei’s books by offering all of these as gradient options.

When it comes to the availability, the Galaxy P30 is expected to go official sometime next month alongside the larger P30+. Sales are then expected to commence in China a few weeks later, followed shortly after by an arrival in other markets across the globe.
