Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro is benchmarked again, this time by GFXBench

Earlier today, we told you all about the Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro's appearance on AnTuTu. Just the day before, the phone had made an appearance on Geekbench. From these visits, a picture of the handset is taking shape. And now the phone has been spotted on GFXBench, giving us another opportunity to check out the expected specifications of the device.

Confirming the other benchmark tests and previous rumors, the Galaxy C7 Pro will feature a 5.7-inch screen with a 1080 x 1920 resolution. The Snapdragon 626 SoC is under the hood with an octa-core 2.2GHz CPU and the Adreno 506 GPU. The handset will come with a pair of 16MP cameras, one found on back and the other in front. 4GB of RAM is inside along with 64GB of native storage, and Android 6.0.1 is pre-installed.

By now, you should have a solid idea of what the Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro is all about. Both it and the Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro should be officially unveiled together next month.

flapship what? SD626 is just the successor of SD616 which is for low-end... and SD626 GPU still below SD650... and I guess this phone will be more expensive than Mi5, just like C7 prime.. btw, 14nm and 4GB of RAM is kinda like 2016's flagships, but that's all

626 succeeds the 625, and it's a power efficient mid range SoC, not a low end one. There's nothing wrong with its specs. The proper balance of specifications and polishing and this will be positioned as an upper mid range device

SD625 is also low-end processor, and just like SD616, and SD617, all those processor only use power efficient cortex-A53 cores SD625 is used by redmi 4, and redmi is the cheapest xiaomi's smartphone line, usually priced sub $150 SD653 will fill the upper mid-ranger class, replacing SD652.. (still dunno about lower-mid successor for SD650 :-/)

SD4XX series is the entry/low end processor, FYI.
