Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) goes on sale in Europe for a hefty price

Officially unveiled last month, the Galaxy A8 and A8+ (2018) were supposed to make their debut on the market in the first week of January. If you've been waiting for one of the two smartphones to go on sale, you'll be happy to know that Galaxy A8 (2018) is now up for grabs in the Netherlands.

Other European countries will be getting the phone in the coming days as well, so no matter where you live on the continent, you'll eventually be able to purchase at least one of the two Galaxy A series handsets by the end of the month.

The cheapest of the two smartphones recently introduced by Samsung, Galaxy A8 (2018) isn't cheap at all, as customers will have to come up with no less than €500 to buy this one. Well, at least it's available in three colors: black, gray, and gold.

The Nougat-powered Galaxy A8 (2018) packs Samsung's Exynos 7885 processor, coupled with 4GB RAM and 32GB internal memory. Also, the smartphone boasts a stunning 5.6-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity Display, along with dual-camera setup (16MP+8MP).

Unfortunately, you'll probably have to wait quite a long time for an Android 8.0 Oreo update since Samsung isn't known for delivering quick OS updates.
