Pre-order the pink HTC One (M8) from Carphone Warehouse and get a free Dot View case

The HTC One (M8) will be launched in pink from the U.K.'s Carphone Warehouse starting on August 7th. Pre-orders start tomorrow. If you do happen to reserve a pink HTC One (M8) from Carphone Warehouse, the retailer will throw in a free Dot View case. HTC might be aiming for the ladies with the pink variant of its flagship handset. But the device is not really designed for the fairer sex, with its large footprint.

Hey, we're not saying that women can't use a power flagship device like the HTC One (M8). We're just saying that painting a phone pink, doesn't make it dainty either. You might remember the HTC Rhyme, a plum colored Android flavored device that was targeted for women. The phone, designed for smaller hands, came with a little charm that plugged into the earphone jack, and would light up when a call or message was received. It was a huge flop.

Carphone Warehouse is offering the HTC One (M8) in pink, for free, with a monthly mobile plan as low as £28 ($48 USD) a month.
