Plex gets new features for Android TV and mobiles in newest update
Plex continues to update its app and add new functionalities to it. The new Android version of the app brings a couple of new features and improvements meant for Android TV and mobiles alike.

If you're using Plex on Android TV, the update adds a “Usage statistics” preference in the settings screen. In addition, you can now hide title for photos in grids for enhanced immersion.

For users on Android mobile devices, Plex added a Forgot Password link on the sign-in screen. There's also a new “Play Next” action in context menu of Play Queue items. The update contains some improvements to error messages when trying to open an already deleted item.

These are all the new features and improvements added by Plex to their media collection manager, so make sure to update if you want to benefit from them. Of course, make sure you have a Plex media server installed if you want to stream local media.
