Only one week left for AT&T's BOGO deal; sale now includes the Samsung Galaxy S7 Active
If you're in the market for a great smartphone deal, better circle June 30th on the calendar. That is the last day that you can take advantage of AT&T's current BOGO deal. The list of smartphones that are included in the deal has expanded and now includes the Samsung Galaxy S7 Active (an AT&T exclusive) Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, Samsung Galaxy S7, Samsung Galaxy S6, Samsung Galaxy S6 edge, Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, Samsung Galaxy Note 5, LG G5, LG V10, Microsoft Lumia 950, HTC One A9, and the Kyocera DuraForce.

To get the free handset, you need to purchase both phones (paying the sales tax on the two) using AT&T Next, or an EIP. Both units must be from the same manufacturer, and the first phone can be bought using any of the Next options. The second phone must be bought using a 30-month Next plan (for consumers) or a 24-month EIP (for business accounts). A new line must be added. After no more than 3 bill cycles, you will start receiving credit for the second handset up to $695. This is spread out over 30 months, and works out to a $23.17 credit on each bill. It is not a conventional BOGO to be sure, and by the time you will have received your money back on the 'free' handset, the phone will be a couple of generations old.

AT&T also is introducing some deals today for its business accounts. If you own a business, sign a two-year contract and AT&T will take $250 off the price of certain tablets. Another part of the deal gives small businesses a savings of 15% with a service contract covering five or more lines.
