You can buy a OnePlus 5 (and other OnePlus products) for 10% off if you're a student

OnePlus today kicked off a program aimed at students in various countries around the world. The company allows students to save 10% on any order they place via the official OnePlus website - buying phones, or accessories, or both.

Thanks to this new program, if you're a student, you can purchase a brand new OnePlus 5 for $47.90 off if you want the model with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage space (normally priced at $479), or for $53.90 off if you intend to get the model with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage space (normally offered for $539). Unfortunately, there's a limit of 1 discounted OnePlus 5 per student, although it looks like there's no limit when it comes to accessories (as long as you're buying everything in a single order).

Do note that this promotion is available only in the following countries: US, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the UK.

You'll have to verify that you're a student by logging in to a Student Beans account (or create a new one if needed). More information is available at OnePlus via the two source links below.

I would say it's too less a discount for students if it's a discount they're giving.
