OneDrive for Android updated with fingerprint lock option
Microsoft has a pretty decent OneDrive mobile app on Android, but that doesn't mean there's no room for improvement. The update released today brings even more alternatives to how OneDrive users can protect their data stored via the app.

So, in addition to a PIN Code, anyone using OneDrive on their Android devices can now use a fingerprint to lock the app as an extra precaution. Although this seems to be the most important improvement, there's a bit more stuff that made it in the update.

According to Microsoft, its engineers have improved the app's grid view to help photos stand out and look their best. The new change will also make it easier for users to see what photos are getting backed up in the Photos tab.

Well, that's about everything you get in this update, so make sure to download the latest version of OneDrive that's just been uploaded in the Google Play Store if you want to use the new fingerprint lock option.
