October 8th launch date for AT&T Tilt2?
With 3 out of the top 4 U.S. carriers having already launched versions of the HTC Touch Pro2 (T-Mobile, Sprint and Verizon in chronological order), it is now time for the forth and final operator to release the device. It just so happens that BGR has received word that this Thursday is the day when the AT&T Tilt2 will be launched. As we've previously mentioned, this is the name that AT&T has decided to call it's version of the phone. Hey, if it could call the first-gen model the Fuze, there should be no complaints this time around.

BGR also managed to grab a copy of the "Support and Training" manual for the Tilt2 which includes a comparison with the AT&T Pure (Touch Diamond2), and some troubleshooting tips for the phone just in case it should...uh, tilt. Because of the wide range in pricing between T-Mobile and Sprint on one side and Verizon on the other side, there is more than the usual tension regarding what the Tilt2 will cost. Unfortunately price is one thing we haven't a handle on yet.
