Revealed by a newly-updated FCC filing, it appears there will be a total of four Motorola Moto G7 (XT1962) models available to purchase across the globe. All of these will boast Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660, a dual-camera setup on the rear, and a notched display, but there will be some differentiating features.
Starting off with North America, consumers will be able to purchase the Moto G7 with 3GB of RAM and either 32GB or 64GB of internal storage. This second configuration will also be available in Latin American markets, although consumers will be able to choose between single-SIM and dual-SIM variants there.
Over in emerging markets such as India, consumers do tend to spend quite a bit less on electronic devices such as smartphones. But this isn’t stopping Motorola from preparing the best configuration of all for these parts of the world: 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. As with the American versions, though, NFC will not be present.
Lastly, in regards to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan, single-SIM and dual-SIM versions of the 3/32GB model will be available. But unlike the devices sold in other regions, NFC will be supported this time around.
