Microsoft confirms Groove Music apps for Android and iOS will be retired
Microsoft announced last year that it will discontinue its Groove Music streaming service and that all customers who own a Music Pass will be transitioned to Spotify. Microsoft's music service will be retired on December 1, 2018, but all your personal music files will continue to be available in OneDrive even after that date.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to listen to those files with the Groove Music app on Android or iOS devices because these apps will be discontinued as well. According to Microsoft, both Android and iOS apps will be retired on December 1, 2018, so after that date, they will not work any longer and should be uninstalled.

The only way to listen to your music files and playlists remaining in OneDrive will be the Windows 10 Groove Music apps on PX, Xbox, or Windows Phone.
