Even though the 4Grace commenced with Sprint as they heralded the newera with the launch of the nation's first 4G smartphone, the HTC EVO4G, MetroPCS is getting closer to having their LTE network up andrunning. Samsung's vice president of systems research anddevelopment, Jaebeom Choi, said that MetroPCS would launch their LTEnetwork in the Las Vegas and Dallas markets first. The Samsungexecutive went on to say that the big time prepaid wireless carrierwould have their LTE network ready to launch in September. At thispoint, the Samsung Craft will be the initial offering from thecarrier – it may not be the flashiest device to launch a nextgeneration network, but it'll still showcase the kind of speeds LTEwill be capable of achieving.
