MetroPCS plans to launch the Samsung Craft in September?
If you happen to live in Las Vegas, you're one step closer to experiencing the next generation data speeds courtesy of LTE. In fact, it's alleged that Samsung confirmed that they would be launching the world's first LTE handset some time in September – and it's looking pretty good for those located in the greater Las Vegas metropolitan area. The clock is definitely ticking away as we head into the last few days of August and roll right into another interesting month with September. Just as a refresher, the Samsung Craft r900 is bound for MetroPCS and features a touchscreen, landscape sliding QWERTY keyboard, 3.2-megapixel camera, and is looking to pack Samsung's default TouchWiz interface. Although some might be saddened by the fact that it's not being made as a smartphone, the LTE speeds it'll accept should be regarded as some kind of relief.
