Maintenance update for the T-Mobile Sidekick 4G will "improve your experience”
For the price they’ve paid for the device, there’s no arguing that T-Mobile Sidekick 4G owners are still basking in joy about owning one of the most affordable and respectable Android smartphones on T-Mobile’s lineup.

Everything at this point feels rather complete, except for the fact that it’s still waiting to see Gingerbread finally arriving and bringing its Android experience up to par with some of the competition. Still, it seems that they’ll have to wait longer because the latest maintenance update for the handset doesn’t pack that tasty treat. Rather, it simply will “improve your experience with the device.” Essentially, it’s packed with nothing more than your usual bug fixes and enhancements to better the experience based on customer feedback.

Actually, this update started rolling out a few days ago on July 21st – so it’s more than likely many people received the notification already. But if not, you know the drill at this point in the game by checking it out manually under the Android settings menu.
