Latest T-Mobile HTC HD2 software update has been temporarily removed
The latest software update for T-Mobile's version of the HTC HD2 left owners somewhat puzzled by its strict warning that some purchased games would need to be repurchased after the installation of the update. It's not completely sure if it was one of the main reasons, but it looks like T-Mobile has taken down the update from their web site. Now it wouldn't be too surprising if the next update is released to make sure that those purchased games remain intact after the update installation – which would seem an appropriate thing to do. However, the timing for the update's removal won't be any solace for those who already made the difficult decision of installing it and wiping out those game purchases. T-Mobile is letting everyone know that their support teams are working to resolve issues and will hopefully have it back up and ready for the taking.
