Lastest Android 4.3 leak for the Samsung GALAXY Note II said to be close to final build
The Samsung GALAXY Note II is supposed to be the next device to receive the Android 4.3 update. Test versions of the update have already leaked, but a new ROM has been obtained by SamMobile that is said to be close to the final build. It brings the UI for the phablet closer to the one on the Samsung Galaxy S4 and Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

The new build, N7100XXUEMK4, is said to be stable and includes features like Samsung KNOX which offers secure applications for business use. Samsung Wallet is also part of the Android 4.3 update. We should point out that this is not an official release from Samsung. Having said that, installing the firmware will not void your warranty. If you can't wait to have Android 4.3 running on your GALAXY Note 2, you can flash the leaked ROM by clicking on the sourcelink below.

No problem.. A Note with 4.3 is much better than a Nexus with 4.4. Atleast it will give you a full day battery unlike a Nexus.

Yep, I'd rather have a working phone with no updates than a broken with with updates...(unlike the iPhone 4/4s and iPad 2).

Just ordered a Note 3, so no problem. Keeping my S4 Mini as my third phone, though. And I just meant that Samsung should already launch kitkat.

Still loving my 4s after 2+ years it got the latest update on the day of release and runs great. Reliable fast, solid and supported for 2+ years. Can't say that about all the Android junk that gets abandoned within a year (if your lucky) and is so locked down with locked bootloaders and loaded with crapware and malware you have to upgrade every year.

So your saying that Samsung only supports the most current generation of their popular phone series? If that were true, then they wouldn't have updated the S3 to OS 4.3. Since the Note III is the most current phone for the Note series, it makes since to assume that the Note II will continue to get support at least until the Note IV comes out.

They are way too busy with the joke of the century : a 64-bit smartphone with 32-bit Android.

bwhahahahahaha 4.3, it's like the first major update since the phone launched. HTC rules man if they roll out 4.4.

HTC doesn't have any devices even close to the age of the note 2 still getting support. The One X plus is a dead device. Note 2 will still have support after the One is long dead.

I heard that one too many times, tell me how many updates did the Note 2 get until this day? That's right it's still running on 4.1, a year later. At least the One X, and X plus owners got their 4.2 with Sense 5, 3 months ago (not exactly what i would call a "dead device". Oh and if the S3's update is of any indication of the update the Note 2's getting then its a bug fest.

You realize 4.2 is like a very minor update coming from jelly bean. Don't worry I'll laugh at your face when my Note gets 4.3 and 4.4 (w/c it's surely going to have) and the One X got stuck at 4.2.

A dollar store phone? Which one? Galaxy Mini? Low-end devices you mean, right? What's "premium" for you might be feces for the next guy. Once a fangirl, forever a fangirl.

Go ask the htc amaze and sensation about updates. Galaxy S2 got jelly bean. Let me go fire up my amaze and sensation and see if they got jellybean.....Please do some research about past HTC phones before you post how great they are about updates.

Sensation never saw an update after ICS, which is why I left HTC for Samsung.

After they provided GS4 users kind of hotpacks via the 4.3 update, it's now Note2's turn. A bigger hotpack that lasts somewhat longer. It's getting cold. People will appreciate this.

I think the iPad is the biggest hotpack - it can spontaneously catch fire and explode! It's amazing no other manufacturer has thought of that before.
