Instinct Mini to be labeled the Instinct S30

We reported the other day about a device that passed through the FCC that looked like it might be the Instinct Mini. Not wanting to insult a cellphone by calling it "mini", it appears as though Samsung wants to avoid pointing out the size of the device. We now have some new information from a source who is telling us that the Mini-Me version of the hugely successful device will be called the Instinct S30. The feature set is expected to be similar to the original Instinct model, but the sides are rounded and the lower portion of the phone is thicker than the grown-up Instinct. No word on availability date or price, and the name of the handset could change by the time it is announced. But for now, don't call it mini, call it the Instinct S30.
