Huawei MediaPad T3 affordable tablet duo unveiled in Europe

Earlier this month reports about the upcoming launch of four new Huawei tablets emerged online. Today, two of the rumored slates have been quietly released by the Chinese company and can be easily purchased via Huawei's online store.

Huawei MediaPad T3 is an affordable slab that comes in many variations and sizes. For once, the MediaPad T3 8.0 sports an 8-inch IPS display that supports 1280 x 800 pixels resolution.

The tablet is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor and packs either 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory, or 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory. The LTE-enabled model costs €239, while the Wi-Fi only version is up for grabs for €219.

Both MediaPad T3 8.0 tablets feature 5-megapixel rear-facing cameras, 2-megapixel selfie shooters, and 4,800 mAh batteries. They run Android 7.0 Nougat operating system right out of the box and pack EMUI 5.1 on top.



The cheaper Huawei MediaPad T3 7 comes with a smaller 7-inch display with 1024 x 600 pixels resolution. This one packs either 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage, or 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage.

The MediaPad T3 7 is powered by a 3,100 mAh battery and includes two 2-megapixels cameras, one on the back and another one on the front side. The slate ships with Android 6.0 Marshmallow on board and costs just €129.
