HTC One M9 now comes with a $100 Google Play credit at Verizon

If you're thinking of buying an HTC One M9 from Verizon, you may want to do it before August 31. That's because, starting today and until the end of August, HTC and Verizon are giving away a $100 Google Play credit to anyone who's purchasing the One M9.

As you may know, Verizon is selling the HTC One M9 for $199.99 on contract, or $599.99 off contract. Additionally, you can also get the handset for $24.99 per month on Verizon Edge.

You will be able to redeem the $100 Google Play credit by visiting a special webpage set up by HTC (see the second source link below). You'll need to provide a copy of a receipt proving you've bought a One M9, plus your contact information, and the smartphone's IMEI number. The Google Play credit offer doesn't exclude HTC's Uh Oh protection plan.

While the One M9 may not be a hot seller (at least not compared to last year's One M8), it's still one of this year's flagship smartphones that are worth checking out. You can find out more about the handset by reading our HTC One M9 review.
