New voice commands and Google Now cards are some of the highlights in this month's update to Google Glass. Users can now "Post an update" and verbally dictate a message to Path. Or, users of the connected specs can "Take a note" for Evernote. Google also revealed some new Google Now cards including ones for weather alerts including warnings for thunderstorms or flash flooding.
Additional Google Now cards for Google Glass will display movie times, restaurant reservations and traffic conditions. Alternate routes will also be made available in a Google Now card to Glass wearers. This way, you can enjoy a dinner and still make the movie on time, even if there is a traffic problem that forces you to use a detour.
The update will be rolling out soon to Google Glass wearers over the next few days.
