The
Samsung Galaxy S8 and
Galaxy S8+ are already
available to pre-order in the US, but there's still a couple of weeks left before they'll be released. Unsurprisingly, in the meantime, Samsung is busy heavily promoting its new flagship series, and today it revealed the very first Galaxy S8 TV commercial - embedded above.
The commercial isn't about specs, and doesn't really say much about what the Galaxy S8 can do for you. Instead, it focuses on what strikes you first upon laying eyes on a Galaxy S8: its dual-curve
Infinity Display, and the almost non-existent bezels around it.
This can be considered a jab at the flagship handsets with thick bezels that some of the competing companies (starting with Apple) are currently selling. Of course, Apple is seemingly readying its own
near-bezel-less iPhone, but this isn't expected to be launched before September.
