One of the biggest game launches happening every year, FIFA made it to PC and consoles last week, which means a companion app is now available for Android and iOS users.

EA SPORTS FIFA 18 Companion app is supposed to connect players to the world of FUT 18 while they're on the go. The app allows FIFA 18 players to manage their FUT Club and prepare their squads for their next important match.

On top of that, EA says that the app allows users to make transfers and bid for players, as well as purchase and open Packs using coins or something called FIFA Points.

Unfortunately, many users complain the companion app is full of bugs and does not always work as intended. Although the Android app has more than 120k 5-star ratings, almost 40k users gave the app a 1-star rating.

The reviews mention the “really poor quality” from EA and the bugs that plague just about every feature the companion app, including transfers, bids and pack purchases. Also, some users complain the app is out of sync with the console game, which is especially bad for those who transfer a lot and can't see their updated club players list.

Even after the last update, users continue to leave negative reviews on the app's Android page, so you might want to stay away from it for the moment. Hopefully, EA will release a more comprehensive update that will address some of the most important issues.
