Exclusive info on U.S. Cellular upcoming phones
We definitely want to know the winner of the next NHL cup. Sadly, no tipster in the world can give us this information. So we must stick with the phone news; at least we know something for the upcoming devices for U.S. Cellular:

First is the HTC Touch Pro, which is already available with Sprint and Verizon. The high-end Windows Mobile 6.1 smartphone is equipped with a 2.8-inch touchscreen with VGA resolution, 3.2-megapixel camera and a sliding QWERTY keyboard. It is expected to launch in less than a couple of weeks, on April 17.

The Samsung Gloss U440 is a very feminine phone which looks like small powder case and has 1.3-megapixel camera, full QWERTU keyboard and stereo Bluetooth. All the girls (using U.S. Cellular) should wait until the early May to get it.

The Samsung R311 is an entry level clamshell equipped with a VGA camera, Bluetooth and one-touch speakerphone. It is targeted for a mid May release.

Next is the LG UX840, which is going to feature a 3-inch QVGA touchscreen, full QWERTY keyboard, 3-megapixel camera, stereo Bluetooth and full HTML browser. It will be yet another “touch phone” but with a QWERTY keyboard for the heavy texting crowd.

The BlackBerry 8230 Pearl Flip is another smartphone for the carrier. The clamshell version of the popular Pearl has a 2-megapixel camera, 2.6-inch QVGA main display, stereo Bluetooth and a slot for microSD card. Expect both the Pearl Flip and the UX840 in the mid June.
