With the Motorola DROID RAZR expected to launch on November 10th, the DroidLanding spot has been reactivated according to a tweet. As Droid fans know, that bit of news means that a contest is coming and this time the top prize should be the DROID RAZR. For those who don't have an upgrade to burn on the latest Moto DROID, or find themselves a bit light in the wallet, this is a great opportunity to try to win the thinnest (7.1mm) LTE enabled smartphone on the planet.
A contest to win a Motorola DROID RAZR appears to be on the way
We don't have an idea yet on what the rules of a contest will be. A few months ago, Verizon customers were told to install a special Augmented Reality app from the Android Market which allowed them to play in a virtual scavenger hunt game with the prizes to be found placed approximately 1 mile from every contestant. Using the app, a player could tell if he was getting "warmer" or "colder" and once the prize was captured on his phone, the player was entered into a drawing to win that specific prize for real, in addition to winning a Motorola DROID BIONIC.
We suggest that if you are interested in winning a free Motorola DROID RAZR, you keep an eye on the DroidLanding site because somebody is going to win the handset and it might as well be you!
