Deutsche Telekom to send out Mango update to HTC's Windows Phone units as soon as tomorrow

The Windows Phone Mango update is a massive bit of work with over 500 changes made to the original OS. But now, the time is here for users of smartphones flavored by Microsoft's mobile OS to enjoy the fruits (no pun intended) of the company's labor. According to a German web site called Chip Online, HTC branded Windows phones will be the first to receive the update possibly as soon as tomorrow. Versions of Windows Phone 7 handsets made by Samsung are to receive the Mango update later, according to the site which claims to have received the news from a Deutsche Telekom source.
Chip Online states that all Windows Phone 7 devices will eventually receive the Mango update, but the date varies between manufacturers to make sure that there are no problems between the software and hardware so that everything goes off without a hitch. Also, no information is available on when to expect the Mango updates for LG and Dell devices.
