Deal: Samsung Gear Sport gets massive $125 discount on Amazon

If you've been dying to get a Samsung smartwatch but couldn't afford to buy one at launch, there's a myriad of deals out there that don't require you to break the bank. The Gear S3, Gear Sport and Galaxy Watch are all great choices if you absolutely must own a Samsung smartwatch, but if the price is your main indicator, then here is a deal that you should definitely consider.

Samsung Gear Sport, a smartwatch that the South Korean company launched in October 2017, currently sells for anywhere between $250 and $300, depending on the retailer. However, Amazon is now slashing the price of the Gear Sport by $125, although make sure to choose the blue version of the smartwatch, not the black model.

In case you didn't know, Samsung Gear Sport is water-resistant up to 50 meters and features support for Samsung Pay NFC (Near Field Communication) that will allow you to make payments from your wrist.

Of course, you'll be able to use the Gear Sport with Android and iOS phones. As far as battery life goes, you should get around 1-2 days of normal use, slightly more if you don't use it too much.
