Canadian company BlackBerry has just kicked-off its Black Friday deals. Although BlackBerry smartphones are not as popular as they were a few years ago, now would be a good time for those who are simply curious about the company's devices to score a good deal.

BlackBerry offers discounts of up to 53% on select smartphones. The cheapest is the BlackBerry Leap, which is now available for purchase on ShopBlackBerry for just $159, down from $199.

The DTEK50 is also among the cheapest smartphones on sale at BlackBerry. You can get on for just $229, although the device is usually sold for $299 outright.

If you want style over affordability, you can grab the BlackBerry Passport, which is now available for just $249, down from $499. BlackBerry also sells the Silver Edition Passport for $299, though the smartphone sells for $549 when not subject to a promo offer.

One of the newest high-end smartphones launched by BlackBerry, the Priv is usually up for grabs for $649, but during the Black Friday sale you can score one for just $299 upfront.

The DTEK60, BlackBerry's latest smartphone isn't part of the promotional offer, but you can still snag one if you want for $499. You'll be getting a free softshell and a rapid charger upon purchasing the DTEK 60.
