Best Buy to offer LG Chocolate Touch, Samsung Omnia 2 and many more on August 23rd
A leaked picture of a computer report for Best Buy shows that the big box retailer has a very busy August 23rd coming up. Among the standout handsets that will be launched that day is the LG Chocolate Touch. While not the BL40 that everyone is busting blood vessels over, the VX8575 will be the fourth Chocolate named handset in the series and will have a full touchscreen UI. Another phone apparently coming to Best Buy on the 23rd of this month that everyone is waiting for is the Samsung Omnia 2. The handset is equipped with a 3.7 inch AMOLED display, Touch Wiz 2.0 and a 5MP camera with AF and smile detection. Both of these devices will be run on Verizon's network.

Other handsets that Best Buy is expected to release on the 23rd of this month include a berry colored Samsung Gravity 2 for T-Mobile and the Samsung Solstice and the LG Xenon in red, both on AT&T. Besides the Chocolate Touch and the Omnia 2, other phones for Big Red to be launched on the 23rd include the Samsung Rogue and the Samsung u450 Intensity. On the same date, it looks like the retailer is expecting replenishment of inventory of the BlackBerry Tour 9630. No details on pricing were made known for any of the models.

It might be hard to do, but try to be patient. The 23rd is just a little more than 2 weeks away
