Android 8.0 Oreo starts rolling out to the ZenFone 3 Deluxe (ZS570KL) in the US
Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe is already available in the United States, and if you've bought the smaller variant that comes with a 5.5-inch display, then you already have Android 8.0 Oreo installed.

The ZenFone 3 Deluxe (ZS550KL) received Android 8.0 Oreo two months ago, but the 5.7-inch variant with model number ZS570KL did not get the update at that time. Well, if you kept the hope and didn't despair, you'll be pleased to know Asus is now pushing out Android 8.0 Oreo to the ZenFone 3 Deluxe (ZS570KL).

The official changelog mentions that some of the phone's apps will be removed, such as Minimove, PhotoCollage, Do it late, TripAdvisor, Puffin Browser, and Kindle. Also, ZenMotion will now be off by default after applying the Android 8.0 Oreo update.

Finally, the OS update is supposed to enable CHT VoWiFi and update the Privacy Settings. Asus recommends that ZenFone 3 Deluxe (ZS570KL) owners should backup their data before starting the software update, but it's not mandatory.
