Apple Watch Series 4 (GPS + Cellular) now available at discounted price

The Apple Watch Series 4

Since January 1st, the Apple Watch Series 4 (44mm) has been available to purchase at a discounted price on Amazon. Initially, this offer was reserved for the GPS-only model. But starting today, it has been extended to the GPS + Cellular variant in both sizes.

Much like the GPS model's deal, the discounts Amazon's offering aren’t exactly massive – the lower prices translate into small differences of 2.8% and 3.0% for the larger and smaller models respectively – but they are still better than nothing, especially when the retail prices of $529.99 (44mm) and $499.99 (40mm) are considered.

The deal applies to the GPS + Cellular Apple Watch Series 4 (44mm) with either the Silver Aluminium Case and White Sport Band; or the Space Gray Aluminium Case with Black Sport Band. Similarly, the latter configuration can also be obtained in the 40mm size.

Naturally, the higher price that cellular connectivity on wearables commands may not be for everyone. Because of this, it’s worth noting that last week’s discount for the GPS-only model is still available.
