Amazon U.K. starts accepting pre-orders for the Oppo Find 7
If you live in the U.K. and have been thinking long and hard about having the 5.5-inch Oppo Find 7 as your next phone, we can tell you that it is now available for pre-order from Amazon U.K. Besides carrying a large screen, the 1440 x 2560 resolution of the glass results in a whopping 538ppi pixel density. Despite the high pixel density, which makes the display easy to read, our review of the phablet indicated some problems with the color correctness of the glass. You can re-read the review right here.

If the Oppo Find 7 is going to be your next handset, Amazon U.K. is giving you four different options to pre-order it. The Find 7 with 16GB of native memory can be pre-ordered for $500 USD, while the 32GB model is priced at $595 USD. And both memory choices are available in Astro Black and White.

The phone is powered by a 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 CPU with the Adreno 330 GPU taking care of graphics. 3GB of RAM is on board. The Oppo Find 7 also features a 13MP rear-facing snapper, and a 5MP "selfie" shooter adorns the front of the phone. Powering the whole shebang is a 3000mAh battery, and Android 4.4 is pre-installed.

The Oppo Find 7 is expected to officially launch in the U.K. on December 17th. If you pre-order now, you might have your handset in time to show off to friends and family during your holiday dinner.

If they did this when it first came out it would've made sense but now, not so much.

Which android version, 4.4.2? So far they've not been able to produce decent KK version for the Find 7(a). Communication about the progress is a disaster, total silence. At this moment there's only a buggy Beta KK version on their forum.

Oh, almost forgot, does it have unified storage now? Because now it's still limited to 3 GB so beware before you buy.
