The sequel to the grandfather of endless runner mobile games, Temple Run 2 is now available for Tizen smartphones. Developer Imangi Studios announced those who rock the low-end Samsung Z1, Z2 or Z3 will now be able to donwload the game for free via Tizen Store.

One of the newest mobile platforms, Tizen OS has become pretty popular in emerging markets like countries from Asia and Africa. Since it's a rather new OS, the Tizen Store doesn't have too many applications, but Samsung is trying hard to convince developers to launch their apps on Tizen OS as well.

The fact that Temple Run 2 actually works on low-end smartphones like the Z1, Z2 and Z3 is no small feat. If you plan on playing the Tizen version of Temple Run 2, then keep in mind that you will have to free more than 100MB storage on your phone.

Even though Tizen Store might show Temple Run 2 with a size of around 40MB, when you open the game it will start downloading some extra files, which will increase install size to about 125MB.

It's also worth noting that some Tizen OS users report that Samsung Z1 and Z2 have some issues connecting to Deals and Temple Run Store to make in-game purchases, but the Z3 doesn't seem to have any troubles accessing these stores.

If it happens to you and the phone's remains stuck, then you will have to close the game by simply applying a long press on the home button. Naturally, the game if free to download, so you won't have to pay anything to enjoy it.
