5.2" Nokia RM-964 flagship pops up, claimed to be a more compact Lumia 1520
Nokia Lumia 929, which was leaked to us last week, is a more compact Lumia 1520 headed for Verizon, but what is Nokia RM-964? This number has appeared as an evaluation model in the database that brought us hints about an 8.3" Nokia Lumia 2020 tablet and a 4.5" dual SIM Lumia RM-977 yesterday.

The Nokia RM-964 is apparently equipped with a 5.2" display, and the listed price tag puts it right up there with the flagship Lumia 1020 and 1520, which goes to show it might be the international version of Lumia 929, that in its turn is a scaled down 1520, with Full HD display, 20 MP PureView camera and Snapdragon 800 processor.

Here's to hoping, as that would indeed be a killer Windows Phone device, especially if Nokia manages to equip the device coded as RM-964 with the same four HAAC microphones as the Lumia 1520, and makes it thinner than the Lumia 1020, on account of the slimmed down PureView camera module.

I left VZW because of price and phone selection. I did not join AT&T because of reception (in my particular area) and because dealing with them is a huge headache (as was with Verizon.) I have joined T-Mobile and enjoy decent coverage, decent phone selection and a better price. Yes dealing with them is a headache as well (but it is a bit better than VZW and AT&T, also helps to know I am not paying as much monthly to deal with morons.)

Cemiii, I think Nokia will show them on mwc in February. IF they show a device before Christmas, it will be the 929.. nothing else

Mojo- Good news Still If it doesn't come out by X-mas (next-week) which seems unlikely at this point we wont see it until at least March. Why because at this point its too late & CES & MWC are coming up in Jan & Feb. Yet giving AT&T another 6 month jump & pissed off customers. Seriously this exclusive crap is for the F_in birds I can prob speak for a few on this but what we've seen so far of the 929 a lot of us me included are happy as it is. Nokia & Vz dropped the ball on this so many people want this device now. I can bet that they will make an official announcement with that 8" tablet & some accessories. Here's to getting shafted for the holidays from big red

the price point doesn't put it up anywhere actually. in fact, it's right in between the 925 and 1020 as per the prices of those phone in India right now. so it might not be a smaller 1520 at all...at least i'm not expecting it to have the s800 in it.

At the rate Verizon is going, we might see this global RM-964 device before we even see the Verizon "exclusive" Lumia 929. Seriously Verizon, get your head in the game. Since the release of the 928 (which was a 6 month late, re-branded 920 might I add), we've seen the release of the 925, 1020, and 1520, none of which Verizon will ever get. Don't allow the 929 to be the latest too-late-to-matter casualty.

Perfect. The 6" 1520 is too big.
