10 great images captured with smartphones #96

We're back with the 96th post in our special photographic-centric series where we present you with a number of awesome images taken by... well, you (and your cell phones).

So, which picture did you like most last time? The answer is Andreja Dodov's photo, taken with the Nokia Lumia 1020. And a pretty well-deserved first place it is, we should say!

Of course, there are many other incredible images left to be seen. Let's continue with another set of 10 pics, each of which can easily convince even the most professionally-inclined photographer that cell phones are more than a toy in the camera department.

Please note that if your own awesome image is not included here, this doesn't mean that it won't end up on the site. We simply might not have gotten to it yet! So, we urge you to continue following us, as we'll be publishing more of these truly great photos in the following days and weeks.

We'd also like to remind you that you can continue submitting your cool cell phone pics to the following email address:

In order to not miss on all the glory, you also have to mention your name/nickname, as well as the phone you used to take the shots. A nice additional piece of info would be a name or a short description for the image.

With that, we now leave you with our 96th set of favorite photos...

Which photo do you like most?

Just noticed they list the phones already. Would have voted for the Nexus 4 if I realized this first. For the N4 and it's relatively crappy camera, that's a fantastic picture.

Your meant to vote for the best image regardless of phone. Sadly it doesn't work that way on this website, they really should remove phone names and then reveal which phone took what later on so people don't vote for their favorite phone.

The level of phonography is so regularly low on these posts, that the moment an above average photo turns up (and this time it was two), it immediately shows in the scores...

Damn I own a nexus 5, picture number 3 was taken on a N5?.. I must be a crapy photographer, I've never gotten anything that good.

And most people did. Which is why number 4 is winning.

I also would take good photos and would send them. But, unfortunately, I have camera problems. My phone is HTC One M7. There's a red-purple tint issue on my phone`s rear camera. Do you also have such problems/issues with your M7? How can I make my phone`s camera better? Please, help me!!!

Such a great group of photos. I really love the Nexus 5 pic. Looks like a National Geographic cover. Just got my Xperia Z3 and can't wait to put it through its paces and hopefully have a picture make this list.
