Audio-Technica has been in the audio for quite some time, known for its devoted fans who love its line of wired headphones. Even though they've had a solid handle in that area, wireless is a totally new beast for them.

Bloomberg: Several tech firms looking at producing AR glasses met with suppliers at CES 2018

Even though Google Glass struck out as a major consumer product, many analysts and tech company executives believe that AR glasses will be the next hot device to capture the public's attention. Some even believe that the connected spectacles will become bigger than the smartphone, a pronouncement that seems hard to imagine right now...

As expected, the Raspberry Rose version of the LG V30 made its debut at the showroom floor during CES 2018, expanding upon the lineup's existing set of dazzling colors. We spent a little bit of time checking it out at LG's booth, leaving us just a bit jealous afterwards.

Samsung brought 'almost finished' foldable Galaxy X to CES, 7.3" display in tow

Samsung brought both infolding and outfolding prototypes, but will likely retail the infolding type, keeping the outfolding type for a next generation of bendable handsets due to its higher curvature when folded, hence the need for increased durability. If you are wondering what "infolding" means, look no further than Samsung's latest patent on the matter in the slides below. As for the actual screen size when unfurled, the sources confirmed that it will be a 7.3" monster, allowing you to watch videos in relative comfort then simply snap it shut, and tuck in your pocket without a second thought.

Vuzix Blade and M300 hands-on

Back in June of 2017, Vuzix brought its industrial-oriented M300 AR glasses to consumers, launching for $1499, with a line modular accessories sold separately. It was an intriguing, lightweight, and efficient AR device, which helped pave the way for this week’s unveiling of the more consumer-friendly and Amazon-Alexa-toting Vuzix Blade. Neither device requires tethering for power. We took a look at the M300 and Vuzix Blade, and tested out some of their AR capabilities...

Razer Project Linda hands-on

Razer had a new contraption to showcase at CES, and it plugs right into its newly-minted phone concept. Or, should we say, the Razer Phone plugs into the so-called Project Linda. It's a laptop shell that utilizes the phone as a touchpad of sorts, docking it neatly below the full-blown keyboard. No, it won't run Crysis, but you can play any Android game on the big, beautiful 13.3 QHD touch display, for that matter...

Lenovo Smart Display hands-on

Lenovo’s teamed up with Google to create a rival to Amazon’s Echo Show. While the hardware may be promising, the name is quite forgettable. This Moviphone is an Android handset with a built-in projector

Ask an American what Moviefone is, and he/she will tell you that it is an app (originally a call-in service) that lists movie times, shows trailers, and even tells you what new flicks are available on streaming sites like Netflix. But now, there is another Moviphone, although it is spelled quite differently. This Moviphone happens to be an Android handset with a built-in projector...

Audio-Technica ATH-DSR5BT wireless earphones hands-on

Audio-Technica is a brand that has relied on solid wired headphone performance, and was a bit late to the wireless party. Nevertheless, the company has made its way into wireless headphones – at all pricepoints. The Audio-Technica ATH-DSR5BT is one of a fairly high-priced variety, selling for a whopping $399. So, what do $400 wireless headphones look like? We’re glad you asked...

Misfit’s elegant Path watch binds fitness tracking with long battery life, and is priced to go

Priced affordably at $150 the Misfit Path looks like a regular timepiece, wrapping around your wrist unobtrusively, but has Bluetooth connectivity and sensors inside that allow it to shoot activity tracking like step counting, sleep patterns, calories wasted and how long have you walked or ran during the day or a set period. All this info is gleaned not from a puny watch display, but from the comfort of your phone, connected to the Path via the Misfit app. There's also a programmable side button that can act as your phone's camera shutter, as a music playback controller, or can call your phone if you misplace it somewhere...

Razer's crazy laptop concept uses the Razer Phone as a touchpad and a second screen

For some time now, phonemakers have been experimenting with different ways to expand smartphone functionality to match, partially at least, to that of laptops and desktop PCs – be it via docking stations, such as Samsung's DeX, or HP's Lap Dock for on-the-go use, but none have proven reliable enough for more demanding tasks so far. However, this is not stopping Razer from toying around toying around with the concept and putting its own, unique spin on it....
