ZTE Nubia Z9 Max Elite and ZTE Nubia Z9 mini Elite to become official on October 29th?
ZTE is expected to introduce two new handsets on October 29th, the ZTE Nubia Z9 Max Elite and the ZTE Nubia Z9 mini Elite. These two are sequels to the ZTE Nubia Z9 Max and ZTE Nubia Z9 mini, and add some of the latest new features such as a Type-C USB port, and a fingerprint sensor. The two phones are expected to be offered to Chinese consumers first, with support for other markets to be announced going forward.

The ZTE Nubia Z9 Max Elite features a 5.5-inch display, carrying a 1080 x 1920 resolution. Under the hood is the Snapdragon 810 SoC, containing an octa-core CPU and the Adreno 430 GPU. 3GB of RAM is inside along with 16GB of native storage. For those needing additional memory, there is a 128GB capacity microSD slot onboard for that very reason. A 16MP snapper with an f/2.0 aperture, and a Sony sensor, adorns the back of the unit. On the front is an 8MP camera for shooting selfies and handling video chats. The unit supports 4G connectivity.
