Sony Xperia C5 Ultra (international version) available in the US via Amazon
Back in August, when Sony announced and launched the Xperia C5 Ultra in Asia, it asked around $420 for it. Now, the smartphone is about $100 cheaper, and, although it hasn't been officially released in the US, you can buy one via Amazon.

Available on Amazon in black or white, the Sony Xperia C5 Ultra features US LTE (compatible with AT&T and T-Mobile), but does not come with US warranty. If you're buying the handset, which costs $329.99 unlocked, make sure it's the E5506 model, not the E5553, since the latter doesn't have US LTE. The two source links at the end of this article will let you order the E5506.

Sporting a 6-inch, near bezel-less 1080p display, the Xperia C5 Ultra is not water-resistant - which is quite unusual for a Sony smartphone these days. The handset is powered by an octa-core Mediatek MT6752 processor clocked at 1.7 GHz, further featuring 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of expandable storage space, a 2930 mAh battery, and two 13 MP cameras with flash: one on the rear, and one on the front.

The Sony Xperia C5 Ultra runs Android Lollipop, and will be updated to Marshmallow at some point. Are you interested in buying it?
