So I've been raving on about Motorola hardware experience since the edge 30 fusion was released. Like repeatedly. I found that virtually nothing except a higher refresh rate and some camera downgrades to cut costs have been made.
This compact device showcases the ability that a powerhouse needs not higher numbers but better quality hardware to compete. This is an amazing user experience from the get go. I want a decent hardware spec sheet. I'm curious to see if the Snapdragon can compete with Mediateks buttery software experience.
It's not a snapdragon chip but the hardware Mediatek has brought to the Moto family has improved greatly.
Let's start with the camera. Twist twist Plus Lytia 700c. It's by far a better camera than every single phone I've seen and held right up to the Samsung z fold. It holds it's own in every aspect but the thing missing is mpx size it's 50mp. Or only 50 which in today's market makes it less desirable. I myself said an am edge 60 pro would be the go. What with missing the telephoto lens. Does it need it. Definitely not.
The phone feels epic in the hands. It's small and not delicate. For this price I love it.
It's not a fingerprint magnet to the degree of some other manufacturers are. Diagnostics are good. The software experience is fantastic to say the least and there's nothing I'd like to see other than maybe an 5x optical zoom and a gorilla glass victus 2+ screen and or maybe a bigger battery.
I used to get nervous sometimes because it feels like this phone has been dressed to the 9's.
I just don't ever want to drop it or run it under the shower. It's better than the ocean of phones out there and anything with these specs upwards is a step in the right direction. The Joneses are trying to catch up so I want a little less talk and more action from other manufacturers.
We shall see.
