Google's discounted Pixel 3 and 3 XL can now be bundled with discounted Pixel Buds
If you’re in the market for a “pure Google” phone with stock Android, stellar camera performance, and either a large notched screen or a smaller OLED with symmetrical bezels, there are a couple of places where you can get a solid discount on the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL right now.

While the unlocked variants of the two handsets are naturally pricier than the Verizon-only models sold by Best Buy with monthly installment plans, the US Google Store is looking to sweeten the former deal by adding a marked-down pair of Pixel Buds into the equation.

Normally available for an arguably excessive $159, these sleek-looking wireless headphones can be purchased at a whopping 50 percent discount alongside a Pixel 3 or 3 XL phone between today and February 1.

All you need to do is add both items to your cart, with the cheapest bundle currently setting you back $728.50 for a pair of Pixel Buds and 64GB “normal-sized” Pixel 3 after total savings of $229.50.

Combining a 128 gig Pixel 3 phone with your choice of black or white Pixel Buds will drive the reduced price up to $828.50, the same as a 64GB Pixel 3 XL configuration when purchased together with Google’s AirPods rivals.

While the Pixel Buds didn’t exactly receive glowing reviews when they made their commercial debut back in 2017, they arguably pack enough punch and smarts for $79.50, including Google Assistant integration, real-time translation, solid battery life, and decent sound quality.

Keep in mind that these are rarely discounted on their own, and never this substantially.
