Yu Yureka Plus open sale runs from August 10th-August 12th from Amazon India

Starting on Monday and running through Wednesday August 12th, the Yu Yureka Plus will be available for purchase by open sale at Amazon India. After a recent $16 permanent price cut, the Yureka Plus has become the lowest price phone with an FHD resolution screen (1080 x 1920) in the country. The device is now tagged at the equivalent of $142 USD.

The Yu Yureka Plus is equipped with a Gorilla Glass 3 protected 5.5-inch screen. With the FHD resolution, the pixel density works out to 401ppi. Under the hood is the Snapdragon 615 SoC, containing an octa-core CPU and the Adreno 405 GPU. 2GB of RAM is inside along with 16GB of internal storage. A 32GB capacity microSD slot is on board for those who need additional memory. On back is a 13MP camera (using Sony's IMX214 sensor), while the front-facing snapper weighs in at 5MP. A 2500mAh battery keeps the coffee percolating and Cyanogen 12 (based on Android 5.0) is pre-installed.

The Yu Yureka Plus supports 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0. and USB OTG connectivity. Without a flash sale to worry about, there is no registration required. From Monday through Wednesday, just head over to Amazon India to make the purchase.
