The problems from June 10, however, were much more severe with more than 2,500 complaints. It took more than 12 hours to restore the services last month, as the issue was tied to a fiber cut causing service interruptions in West Texas, including Amarillo, Odessa, San Angelo, and Midland. This time around the reports are in the hundreds, but this could escalate quickly.
