The ZTE Nubia X6 is official, 6.44-inch display and monster specs in tow

It's a phone! It's tablet! It's the6.44-inch ZTE Nubia X6 which was unveiled today in Beijing.Inarguably, this is the Chinese vendor's beefiest product to date.Apart from the super-sized 1080p display, the 7.9mm-thin devicefeatures a quad-core Snapdragon 801 chipset clocked at 2.3GHz, 3GBRAM, and a special pair of cameras – a 13MP rear camera with f/2.0aperture, 5-element lens and OIS, and a 13MP front-facing camera withbackside illumination and f/2.2 aperture size. This must be one ofthe most selfie-centric smartphones in existence!

Additionally, thephablet has a dual-SIM slot, 3G and LTE network support, dual-bandWi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, and three noise-canceling mics for callsand recordings. The monster of a phablet is powered by a 4250mAhbattery.

The ZTE Nubia X6 will be offered inthree variants with different storage options - 32GB ($485), 64GB($565), and 128GB ($645). There is no microSD slot for expansion, butthe phablet supports USB On-The-Go, which means users can mount aflash drive. Also, the prices that we mention are equivalent to theannounced Chinese prices in US dollars.

The Nubia X6 probably won't be sold outside of China, which might be a little unfortunate for big screen lovers.
