The Galaxy C5 Pro, C7 Pro, and C9 Pro pop up in a leaked promo image, reveal three cool new colors

For a while now, we've been hearing rumors and seeing reports of two new Samsung smartphones — the C5 Pro and C7 Pro. Supposedly, slightly improved versions of the already existing Galaxy C5 and C7, these handsets are expected to have a Snapdragon 626 and 4 GB of RAM under the hood, 16 MP cameras, with the main difference between them being in screen size — 5.2” and 5.5” respectively.

Thanks to the C5 Pro being certified by Chinese agency TENAA, and the C7 Pro leaking out in a set of real life photos, we also have a good idea of how the handsets would look — a metallic slab of a phone, much like the regular C5 and C7.

Now, a promo poster has leaked, showing the upcoming C5 Pro and C7 Pro next to the already announced C9 Pro. We clearly see that all three phones share a sleek metal design, and also get to see a three cool new colors. While the C9 Pro was announced in Gold and Rose Gold back in October, it seems that the previously leaked Jade Black will make its way to the line as well. The two other finishes on the poster are various shades of blue, both of which look pretty cool. Should we expect stereo speakers on the C5 Pro and C7 Pro, like the ones on the C9 Pro? We hope so.

Now, whether the C Pro series would make it to the Western markets is yet unknown, but we don't have high hopes for it happening. Sad, really, as these look like some pretty good alternatives to the Galaxy A series, great for those who dislike the fingerprint-attracting glass backs.

"as these look like some pretty good alternatives to the Galaxy A series" Alternatives? C series are actually better than the A series... Them specs say it all.

^^ The only exception being the Galaxy A9/Pro... other than that, the C series stomp the A series in just about everything.

That's a very overused and asinine remark.
