A tweet from evleaks reveals that a special Harman Kardon audio version of the HTC One (M8) is coming to Sprint. Unfortunately, not much information was included, so we have no idea on the pricing or the date when this will be available from the nation's third largest carrier. We also don't know what this portends for the future. Is HTC auditioning Harman Kardon for inclusion on upcoming handsets? Is Beats audio a thing of the past?
Surely customers of other carriers outside of Sprint are pacing nervously, hoping that further news will bring information about a release on all four major carriers. But alas, at this point, the Special Edition Harman Kardon version of the HTC One (M8) appears to be a Sprint exclusive. The company is known for its high quality audio products that appeal to audiophiles, so it should be interesting to hear how much better music will sound on this Special Edition phone.
